• The Cemetery and its employees are not responsible in the event of an accident.
  • The Cemetery closes at DARK & opens at daylight.
  • A 15 MPH speed limit must be observed.
  • Patrons may drive or ride only on established driveways.
  • All domesticated pets & animals are to be kept on a leash and owners are asked to remove any waste.
  • All permanent decorations must be attached to monuments or Shepherd Staffs.
  • All urns and vases must be part of the monument.
  • Shepherd Staffs are limited to no more than two and must be located to the left and right of the monument.
  • No decorations may be placed on the ground around the monument or grave site during the mowing season April 1st through November 1st. (Ex: night/solar lights, staked decorations, fencing, balloons). Cemetery staff reserves the right to remove and dispose of ANY items in the way of mowing and trimming at all times. Exception for one week before and two weeks after Memorial Day when flowers and wreaths may be placed on the ground around monuments.
  • Decorations & plants can only be placed on grave space that you own and cannot interfere with neighboring spaces including visibility (Ex: East side burials are behind the monuments).
  • No small stones, gravel, bricks, pavers or decorative fencing are permitted around the monuments unless approved by the Board due to mowing and safety hazards.
  • Any decorations that have deteriorated or are deemed unsightly may be removed by cemetery personnel.
  • The scattering of cremains on top of graves is strictly prohibited.
  • No trees, shrubs, flowers or other plants can be permanently planted without prior Board approval.
  • NO GLASS decorations are permitted (even during the winter season, glass often breaks in the cold and presents a safety hazard).
